Our target market is mainly local authorities, nationwide property management companies and Kirklees residents for domestic carpet and upholstery cleaning.

With our management companies we offer a full cleaning package which includes general cleaning duties, internal/external window cleaning and high reach window cleaning, carpet cleaning maintenance programmes and external area litter picking. However, as a contract cleaning company we are ever expanding and increasing into new areas. As a corporate member of BICSc any new areas which we find ourselves involved with, we can receive the relevant training and pass on our knowledge and training to our staff through our in-house training programme. By covering all areas of the cleaning industry and our on-going training, this gives us our unique ability to stay one step ahead of our competitors.

Because of our dedication to training we are confident that our staff are knowledgeable and able to meet the needs required of them by our clients.

We are currently the only independently run BICSc moderated training centre in West Yorkshire. Incorporating our training with our services we are in a unique position of being able to relay our experiences in the field into our training syllabus. The number of vehicles and staff on the road everyday allows us to run an emergency customer call out service which we currently have in place for CALA, David Wilson Homes and Circa. Within receiving a call we can be at any address in Yorkshire within the hour. We are able to do this because of our widespread coverage on a daily basis. All our vans are equipped with emergency clean up equipment and carry no less than two employees giving us the flexibility to meet the needs of our clients.

We own a vast range of specialist qua lity equipment which includes very high pressure power washers, block paving cleaning machines and high reach deionised window cleaning systems.

Being our own equipment our staff are fully trained on and familiar with the workings of each piece of equipment, this cuts down on hiring expenses and is a saving we can pass onto our client.
